AMV Lists

I’ve been compiling lists of my favorite AMVs every year since 2015. Over time, this process has grown in scope and is now a pretty time-consuming project that I try to squeeze into the last couple weeks of the year. I chose to call these lists my “favorite” AMVs rather than the “best” AMVs of the year just to emphasize that this is my opinion only and certainly subject to my own tastes in consuming and attempting to evaluate art. Try as I may to be as fair and open-minded as I can be, these rankings are eternally skewed by lots of personal bias and regularly influenced by all sorts of factors aside from the overall quality of the editing or the artistic merit of the videos.

This will likely continue on as long as this blog is still online.
